These terms govern your use of Repairy and of the services provided by repair shops that use Repairy. By engaging a shop’s services or using Repairy, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Repairy is software a repair shop uses to intake devices, track repairs, order and manage parts, invoice, take payment, and communicate with customers. The shop — not Repairy — is responsible for the repair work and for its own pricing, warranties, and policies.
A shop using Repairy may send you text messages about your repair — status updates such as “your device is ready to collect”, appointment and pickup reminders, and replies to questions you send by text. You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number to the shop (for example, at drop-off). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on the activity of your repair. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Carriers and Repairy are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Payment for a repair is taken by the shop that performed it, under the shop’s own terms. Refunds and returns are handled by that shop.
Repairy provides the software “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Repairy is not liable for the acts of the shops that use it, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
